----------------------------------------------------------------------ABSTRACT------------------------------------------------This review paper presents a study about to create qualitative VGI(volunteered geographic information) and its semantic web representation .Creation of VGI describes about to create ,use and share volumes of spatial data in an increasingly accessible fashion. This paper describes about the methods of semantic web based representation of VGI.
